What we do

Six services, one engineering team.

Every engagement is scoped in writing before it starts, delivered in milestones you can review, and handed over with documentation.

Website Development

Fast, accessible marketing and corporate websites that represent your business properly.

WeChat Mini Programs

Reach users in mainland China with WeChat Mini Programs and China-ready digital products.

Maintenance & Support

Keep what we build fast, secure, and current, with a team that already knows the code.

Why Grove & Delta

Built for clients who have been let down before.

Most businesses come to us after a previous project ran late, drifted in scope, or was handed over without documentation. These are the four things we do differently.

Senior engineers, direct communication

You work with the people writing the code. There is no account manager relaying messages and no offshore handoff.

Performance is part of the build

Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO are engineering requirements from day one, not a cleanup task billed at the end.

Written scope, fixed milestones

Before work starts you receive a written scope with deliverables, milestones, and a fixed price. Changes are quoted, never assumed.

Overlapping working hours

We keep working hours that overlap with US and European business days, so questions get answered the same day, not the next morning.

How we work

A process with no surprises in it.

You always know what is being built, what it costs, and when it ships.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map the goal, the users, and the constraints, then send a written scope with milestones and a fixed price.

  2. 02

    Design

Wireframes first, then visual design. You sign off on the direction before production code is written.

  3. 03

    Build

Work ships to a staging URL you can open at any time. You see progress weekly, not once at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

We handle deployment, monitoring, and handover, then stay available through an agreed support window.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Pick the structure that matches how your business buys. All three are invoiced in US dollars through Stripe.

Fixed-scope project

A defined deliverable with a fixed price and timeline.

Best for: Websites, MVPs, and well-specified features.

Monthly retainer

A set number of hours each month for development, design, and support.

Best for: Product teams that ship continuously.

Dedicated capacity

Ongoing engineering time that plugs into your existing team and workflow.

Best for: Companies scaling an in-house team.

Cross-border capability

Building for the Chinese market from a US company.

Very few US development firms can ship a product into mainland China. We build native WeChat Mini Programs and China-ready web applications, and we handle the parts that usually derail a first launch: platform review, hosting and ICP considerations, local payment methods, and performance on Chinese networks.

If your company is testing demand in China, this is the shortest route from idea to a product that actually works there.

  • Native Mini Program development
  • WeChat Pay integration
  • Platform review and release support
  • Chinese-language interface and content
  • China-appropriate performance tuning

Questions

Answers before you get on a call.

How does a project start?

Send us a short description of what you need to [email protected], or use the form on the contact page. We will reply within one business day with clarifying questions, and then a written scope covering deliverables, milestones, and price. Nothing is billed until you approve that scope.

How do you price work?

Most work is quoted as a fixed price per milestone, so the number does not move unless the scope does. Ongoing work is billed either as a monthly retainer with a set number of hours, or against a pre-approved hourly rate. You always know the cost before work begins.

How do we pay?

Invoices are issued in US dollars and paid by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Fixed-scope projects are typically split across milestones, with a deposit before work starts and the balance on delivery of each milestone. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.

Who owns the code and the design?

You do. On final payment, all custom code, design files, and documentation produced for your project are assigned to you, and we hand over the repository and any accounts created on your behalf. Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licences.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes. We work with clients internationally and keep working hours that overlap with US and European business days. Contracts are in English and invoiced in US dollars.

Can you build products for the Chinese market?

Yes, and it is one of the areas where we are strongest. We build native WeChat Mini Programs and China-ready web products, and we handle the practical details that usually derail a first launch there: platform review, hosting and ICP considerations, local payment methods, and performance on Chinese networks.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a defined support window after release. After that, you can continue with a maintenance agreement covering dependency and security updates, monitoring, backups, and small enhancements, or take the handover documentation and maintain the product yourself.

Will you sign an NDA or a contract?

Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before any detailed discussion, and every engagement is covered by a written agreement setting out scope, milestones, payment terms, and intellectual property. We do not start billable work without one.

Next step

Tell us what you need to build.

Send us a short description of the project and we will reply within one business day with questions and a written scope. No obligation, no sales sequence.
