Grove & Delta, LLC is a technology company specializing in software and web development. We work with a deliberately narrow range of clients so that every project gets the same engineering standard.
Why we exist
Most businesses that come to us have already been through a build that went wrong. A website that took nine months and launched out of date. An internal tool nobody uses. An agency that billed for changes that were never agreed.
We started Grove & Delta to run the opposite way: a written scope, a fixed price, weekly visibility, and a clean handover at the end. That is a less exciting way to sell development work, but it is what clients actually want to buy.
We work with businesses in the United States, Europe, and Asia. We build websites, web applications, and custom software, and we are one of the few US firms that can ship a product natively into the Chinese market.

How we work
Six principles we do not negotiate on.
Scope is agreed before work starts
We do not begin billable work on a verbal understanding. You receive a written scope with deliverables, milestones, and a price, and we build to it.
One team, start to finish
The people who scope your project are the people who design and build it. Nothing is sold by one team and delivered by another.
Plain language, in writing
You will not receive status updates written to sound impressive. You will receive short, factual notes on what was finished, what is next, and what is blocking.
Engineering standards are not optional
Version control, code review, automated tests, and documented deployments are part of every project regardless of budget.
You own what we build
On final payment, the custom code, design files, and documentation are assigned to you. We do not hold your product hostage through proprietary lock-in.
We say no when we should
If a project is outside our competence, if the budget will not produce something worth shipping, or if you do not need us at all, we will tell you before you spend money.

What we will not do.
Knowing what a company refuses to do tells you more than a list of achievements.
- We do not resell pre-built templates as custom work.
- We do not take on projects we cannot staff properly.
- We do not bill for discovery and then present a surprise total.
- We do not disappear after launch.
